Victoria Hall is home to a number of charities, eg Age Active, Assist, City of Sanctuary, Faithstar, PlusMe, Sheffield Central Deaf Club who work mainly around supporting vulnerable and needy people in Sheffield and the surrounding areas.
Some of our rooms are used for irregular lettings for training, sports and craft activities, and meetings. Our main events space is available for larger conferences and concerts. The income from room letting helps us to maintain the building, make small improvements, and enable the work of the charities that are here.
This beautiful listed building is managed by The Foundry Sheffield, a small charitable organisation charged with the task of running Victoria Hall effectively, safely and in the interests of all tenants, users and visitors.
The trustees are all volunteers with a variety of personal specialisms, including architecture, community engagement and finance. As the organisation develops, it hopes to make steady improvements to both the fabric of the building and its facilities in order to offer present and future hall users as enriching an experience of Victoria Hall as is possible.
